Standard Showdown is a weekly Standard play program on Fridays at 7 pm, where players gather to face off in tournaments using their Standard decks and battle to take home winner promos every week! The top player each week will receive a special Standard Showdown promo that changes with each set release.
Players must have a 60-card Standard deck in current rotation to participate. Players will have to have a Wizards play account to enter the tournament.
How does set rotation work? Each year, new Magic sets are released and added to Standard. Once per year, after the fall set Prerelease, the four oldest sets in Standard rotate out.
