    Outstanding customer service

    When the packs I ordered were discovered to be out of stock they immediately contacted me to see how I wanted to proceed with my order. I appreciated the quick notification, despite being bummed to hear what I ordered wasn’t available. I proceeded with the rest of my order and when it arrived I was surprised to see a few extra cards had been thrown in result of the packs not being available. While this is not something that should be expected of them to do, it was a very nice gesture to turn the situation around!
